Netherlands Euro Set BU 2024 - 10 Years of Euro Coins with King Willem-Alexander - is dedicated entirely to the Royal Family. This special set of coins from 1 cent to 2 euro celebrates milestones in the lives of members of the Royal Family. In this set, weddings, state visits, special public appearances, coronation anniversaries and birthdays are highlighted.
In addition to all the Dutch euro coins of the 2024 issue, the set also includes a special medal created for this special occasion 10 years ago. The obverse has a beautiful design with the number 10 in the middle, for 10 years the image of King Willem-Alexander adorned the Dutch euro coins. The reverse of the medal depicts two euro coins: in the foreground the image of the King, in the background the image of the former Queen Beatrix. This indicates the transition of the image.
