Production of Finnish euro coins began in the autumn of 1998.
Finland 1,2 Cent UNC 2000 - The 1,2 cent coins were designed by Heikki Haivaoja and bear the mint mark M (representing the director of the Finnish Mint Raimo Makkonen)
The 1,2 cent coin is not used in Finland, so only a few were minted for collectors, and it is still required by the EMU (European Monetary Union) agreement.
