By placing an order in the www.2eur.eu e-shop, the Customer accepts all these terms and conditions.
1. Scope and validity of the Terms
1.1 The Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through all persons (hereinafter the Client) and the shopping environment 2eur.eu (hereinafter NORDIC MONETA OÜ, e-shop).
1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the NORDIC MONETA OÜ e-shop shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 NORDIC MONETA OÜ is entitled to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions and the price list as a result of the development of the E-coin shop and in the interest of a better and safer use of the e-shop. Amendments and additions to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List will be announced on the website www.2eur.eu. Amendments and supplements to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List shall take effect upon publication of the respective amendment or supplement on the website www.2eur.eu. If the Client delivers his order before the amendments to the Terms come into force, the legal relationship between the Client and NORDIC MONETA OÜ shall be governed by the terms and conditions prevailing by the Client at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms.
2.1.The customer's order through the www.2eur.eu e-shop is a request for purchase of the selected products at the current price. When placing an order, the Customer will automatically receive an order confirmation along with the general terms of the sales contract, which the buyer can save and play back. On the basis of the order confirmation, the Client can make a transfer through SEB, LHV or Swedbank.
2.2. The order has been finalized by the customer after the payment has been received in the bank account of NORDIC MONETA OÜ.
2.3. The order enters into force once the goods have been paid for and the payment is received by NORDIC MONETA OÜ via the bank link within 1 hour from the moment of placing the order. Starting payment from another bank according to the speed of interbank settlement, but no later than 12.00 on the next banking day. If the payment is not received within the time specified in the Terms or if the payment is received later, the Seller has the right to cancel the order. In this case, the late payment will be refunded to the buyer's bank account as soon as possible, and no later than 2 banking days.
2.4. When ordering, it is possible to choose whether the order will be delivered to Itella SmartPost parcel terminal, Omniva courier service, Omniva parcel terminal (formerly Post24) or DPD.
2.5. Omniva courier. For delivery via Omniva parcel terminal, DPD and Itella SmartPost parcel terminal, it is mandatory to provide a telephone number so that the Omniva courier can agree with the Customer on a suitable parcel delivery time. The parcel will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be delivered the next business day.
2.6. Omniva courier will deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
Please check the correct contact information when ordering to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. NORDIC MONETA OÜ and the courier company shall not be liable for delays in delivery or misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracies or inaccuracies in the data submitted by the Customer when placing the order.
2.7. The price of Omniva courier service and Omniva, Smartpost and DPD parcel terminal is valid only for domestic delivery in Estonia.
3. Cancellation of Order and Return of Product.
3.1. NORDIC MONETA OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to sell the products due to extraordinary reasons, returning to the Client all the money paid by the Client immediately.
Possible reasons for unsubscribing:
- Computer malfunctions that result in incorrect prices or availability of products.
- Problems with delivery - if ordered goods do not arrive on time
- The exceptional situation on the world market resulting in a significant change in the price of the precious metal.
If fulfillment of the order proves impossible, NORDIC MONETA OÜ will contact the Client to agree on new conditions or to return to the Client all paid money immediately.
3.2. The customer has the right to cancel his order after paying for the products, but before the delivery of the products, by sending a notice to the e-shop of NORDIC MONETA OÜ to email@example.com with the order number and his bank account number or by calling NORDIC MONETA OÜ contact phone +372 5683 9909.
3.3. After receiving the products, the Customer has 14 days to become acquainted with the products. If the Product is unsuitable, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receipt of the Product. At home, the customer is only entitled to handle and use the products ordered as permitted
